GAIL SCHECHTER, O.D.

Dr. Gail Schechter was born in Long Island, New York and raised in Miami, Florida. She graduated from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tenn. in 1979 and has practiced locally since that time. Prior to opening Sharper Vision Eyecare, PC, Dr. Schechter worked at the Eyemasters in the Superstition Springs Mall and the Scottsdale Pavilions. Dr. Schechter's husband is also an optometrist in the area. She has one son who is currently attending ASU and Dr. Schechter hopes that one day he will also pursue a career in Optometry!

TERRI GIESKE, O.D.

Dr. Gieske was born in St. Louis, Missouri and graduated from the University of Missouri-St Louis School of Optometry and has been in practice since 1988. She completed an internship that had a strong pediatric emphasis. Prior to opening Sharper Vision Eyecare, PC, Dr. Gieske worked at Eyemasters in Superstition Springs Mall. Dr. Gieske's husband is a software engineer for Boeing. She has two lovely teenage daughters, Susan and Olivia, who are both currently attending ASU.

Joy, Optician

Joy is a fantastic optician! She was born and raised here in the Phoenix area. Joy has been in the eyecare field for over 12 years, and here at Sharper Vision Eyecare for 7 years. Joy has 2 children with whom she spends all of her time. She has a "eye" for fashion and is dedicated to make you look your best!

Suzy, Optician

Suzy has been in the optical industry for over 20 years. She currently holds a license in refraction and continues to take educational classes every year. She is fortunate enough to have met the love of her life 28 years ago. They share the luck of the Irish with one son who was born on St. Patrick's Day! Suzy's new excitement in life are her grandsons, Brody who is 4, and Sage is 5 months. Suzy loves fashion and looks forward to showing you the newest trends!

Jason,Office Manager

Jason was born in Chicago and has been in Arizona for 23 years. He has been in the optical field for over 18 years and is a certified optician. He has a beautiful 13 year old daughter named Bailey. When he's not in the office, he enjoys riding his Harley and playing softball.

Jake Napier

Jake is our office kung fu master. He is attending Rio Salado to major in computer science. His hobbies include going to the gym, jogging, and teaching martial arts.

Jeremy, Optician

Jeremy is enthusiastic employee at Sharper Vision. He works efficently and always has the customers best interest in mind. He is into many foods all around the world and enjoys sharing these dishes with the staff.

Tina Vondane

Tina is our new receptionist. She is an organized and efficient worker. She is the mother of a wild child daughter. Her interests include reading, karaoke, and her family.

Linsie Warehime

Linsie is our new Pretester in the office! She has a knack for accuracy and precision when she is working. She is excellent at understanding a patient’s needs and concerns, and then conveying those to the doctor.
